As your coach, through proper lifestyle behavior modifications, I will guide you along a path of physical/mental awareness and wellness to better improve your lifestyle and get you physically fit. As your personal Trainer I will:
- Suggest foods to introduce into your dietary eating habit and which foods to avoid
- Guide you through proper eating habits (not dieting) and if need be proper supplementation to fill in the gaps
- Matriculate you through what having a healthy life style means
