Rule Number Three – “Thirty percent of weight management is obtained through proper supplementation”
Supplementing is meant to “fill in the gaps” of what the body needs that it will not effectively obtain through dietary habits. Another form of Nutrient Density which allows you to fully provide the vitamins and nutrients the body needs without the excess weight fillers. Supplementation helps to streamline what the body needs by making the nutrients pre digested/ highly absorbable by breaking it down into particles that make it bio available to work better with your body.
For example: it would take 7 eggs to get 27grams of protein where as a meal replacement shake will give you not only the protein the body needs but a complete meal with the right balance of carbs to protein and essential fat that is easily absorbed into the body.
