Rule Number Four – “Twenty percent of weight management is obtained through proper exercising based on your goals”
While 80% of your weight management goals are obtained through rules one & two Twenty percent is obtained through proper exercising based on your goals.
To know how to effectively hit all muscle groups is key to overall development of your body. Exercising also allows the body and mind to release the right chemicals to keep ones body balanced, not to mention exercising is important for your most important muscle, your heart. Even though exercising is the smallest part of the equation, the pros out way the cons in favor of why exercising is very essential to weight management.
I train my clients on how to work out safely and effectively based on what their goals are.
With the above rules, my goals also include matriculating all clients where they graduate into a healthier lifestyle that allows them to continue that healthy existence well beyond training with me.
